Supreme Court Victory: Justifies My Faith In Oborevwori
The 38 year old young Deltan, Samuel Erukoghene Okoro, who cycled for 10 days to register his support and congratulate the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, on his performance as the governor of the state, while speaking in an interview with newsmen in Yobe, in celebration with other Deltans in Yobe state, has described the victory of Sheriff Oborevwori at the Supreme Court as justification of his effort and risk.
He stated that the victory is a victory for all Deltans, that His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori is the right man for the Job.
“I am overjoyed, it means that I saw tomorrow, I saw the future when I cycled 1,200km from Damaturu, Yobe state to Asaba, Delta state to register my unflinching support for the governor whom I assessed his performance and seen as satisfactory,” he added.
The young man, who is a native of Orhuwhorun in Udu local government area of Delta State, called on the former Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo- Agege, Ken Pela, and Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi and others in opposition to support the Governor to lift the State to greater heights.
According to him, “The next thing now is for all Deltans to speak in one voice to bring more development to the state in order to make Delta envy of other states”
Okoro, also told deltans that Governor Oborevwori is destined to govern the state, stating that he survived 38 cases in court to emerge the Governor with the latest case from the Supreme Court, which is the final bus stop.
He assured Deltans that the governor will perform well and bring dividends of democracy to the people of state.
Samuel Erukoghene Okoro, added that, he was motivated to take the risk of journeying on a bicycle for 10 days because of his conviction that the new Sheriff in town will impact deltans positively.
